Many parents are in constant search for a way to get their children to eat. They keep expecting their children to eat more consistently thus, better develop and grow in the right way. The first step in getting your child to eat is when they are very young. You are very young, so you don’t have to worry how your child will comfortably survive with you anymore.

The problem with your situation is that your children have started to develop their own taste for food. When your children started to identify with certain foods and start to buy them on their own, some parents forget to follow the rules about what their children should and should not eat. This can lead to the start of excessive eating in your child especially if you do not know how to give your children the right amount of nutritional vitamins and minerals needed by them for their body. When your child starts to adopt the eating style of another person, as a parent you should not fir him or her in an instant. You should teach your child my child that this is a normal stage in the growing of a child and that it is okay to share other people’s dishes instead of theirs.

You can try to convince your child that if she wants to be able to eat the kinds of food she likes to eat, she has to learn to do this by herself and that there is no way she can do so, without disagreeing with others. After a while you and your child could start a friendly rivalry. Make your child realize that by mixing up the way you see the world, she will be able to get rid of her own sub human tastes and have a nice body of her own by simply having her parents play the right way. You should do all you can, to make sure that this happens or else the friendship may be lost between the two of you and the friendship may fail. The easiest way to get your child to eat the way you like is by getting your child used to other people’s way of life. So if all you can do is force your child to eat when they do not want to, your child will almost surely refuse to take part in something that they do not like to eat. So treat your child with all the respect you can give be it by having tons of patience. But if you feel like you have tried out all you can do and you are still resulted in your child having weight problems, you must go in for medical treatment to make sure that your child is going to make sure a healthy body.
